AWS Account Forbidden Error

Sometimes you can experience an Account Forbidden error from AWS (Amazon Web Services) when adding a newly created AWS account to Zeustrak.


This error means that your AWS account has not been verified or has not yet been activated by AWS.


If you have not verified your AWS account, then you must do this in order to be able to create servers in the system.

If you’ve confirmed your AWS account via SMS, you’ll need to wait from a few minutes to 24 hours or contact AWS support with a request to activate your account.


If you’ve verified your AWS account by phone, contact AWS Support to activate your account.
